Kake Udon Ingredients:
> Udon Noodles
> Green Onion
> Kamaboko (Japanese Fish Cakes)
> 150ml of Water
> 50ml of Kikkoman Dark Dashi Hon Tsuyu Soup Base
Kake Udon Instructions:
Step 1: Boil udon noodles and transfer them into a bowl.
Step 2: In a pan, boil Kikkoman Dark Dashi Hon Tsuyu Soup Base and water (udon soup).
Step 3: Pour the soup over the noodles.
Step 4: Add Kamaboko and green onions on top before serving.
